The movie dives straight into action. It opens up with hostages stuck in an elevator with severed cables dangling on the 30th floor of a high-rise building, as a bomber threatens to blow off the emergency brakes of the elevator. After a series of close calls, LAPD officers Jack and Harry managed to get everyone out safely. Letting out a breath of relief? Sit tight, for this is only the beginning.
Furious that his plan was marred, the psychotic bomber demanded for a steeper ransom as he executed another diabolical scheme: a bomb rigged on a bus which will detonate if the bus goes slower than 50 mph or if any passengers is offloaded.
Be prepared for one hell of a ride as you watch the bus hurtles through the busy city roads, and careening from one peril to another.
